Easy Peasy Finkle


Easy Peasy is a project in which all the details count: from design to production. The raw materials are natural and ecological.
Easy Peasy indoor footwear is made of 100% vegetabletanned leather that is soft and lightweight, letting feet breathe while keeping them warm.
In collaboration with a tanner, we have developed a new type of vegetal-tanned leather that is light stable. This tanning process is more environmentally friendly but also better for the leather. Furthermore, it is certified to be chromium-free by the French Technical Centre for Leather. The flexible soles allow children’s feet to grow naturally and develop muscles as if they were walking barefoot. A layer of natural hevea is added for greater comfort. Made of non-slip softy leather, Easy Peasy soles grip the floor well and are perfect for everyday wear.
The dying agents are also eco-friendly. They do not contain any metals, chrome or salt. They are especially recommended for the production of infant clothing and footwear.
The shoes are assembled with water-soluble glues. This process means that there is no danger, not even if toddlers put them in their mouths. In addition, the use of water-soluble glue ensures that workers have a healthier working environment.
The packaging has a second life: after protecting the small shoes, they are transformed into puppets for the delight of toddlers, and into backpacks for older children to carry around everywhere. These bags still respect nature as they are made of natural, undyed and unbleached cotton.
The slippers are made in Noël factory in Tunisia that respects employees’ rights. The plant is ISO 9001 compliant with an ethical production.
